Jeff Foulk

Board Chairman

Mr. Jeff Foulk is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the SURVICE Engineering Company, a firm that has helped support and protect the U.S. warfighter with unparalleled survivability services (hence the name “SURVICE”) for more than 30 years. Mr. Foulk is a 1982 graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering, and he has been with SURVICE since 1983. As CEO, he is responsible for the vision, management, and strategic development of the company. He is also very involved with numerous community non-profits supporting youth education and veteran causes.  Mr. Foulk joined the WOTG Board in 2011 and has been Board Chairman from March 2014 to Present.

Clark Dutterer

Chief Communications and Brand Officer

Mr. Clark Dutterer is the Vice President of Business Development (BD) at the SURVICE Engineering Company. A 2005 graduate of the University of Baltimore with a degree in business administration and a concentration in marketing, Mr. Dutterer has been with SURVICE since 2005. He manages all BD-related activities for SURVICE’s regional operations nationwide, including coordinating the identification, pursuit, and capture of business opportunities to expand the breadth and depth of SURVICE’s Defense and commercial business base. Before joining SURVICE, Mr. Dutterer served for 4 years as an enlisted soldier with the U.S. Army Medical Command.  Mr. Dutterer has been active with WOTG for more than 8 years and is passionate about supporting veteran causes including Headstrong and Homes For Our Troops.

COL Frederick Swope

COL Frederick Swope is a 30-year veteran of the U.S. Army and is the original visionary for the WOTG initiative. During his Army career, he commanded at every level, from the company level to the Army’s third largest populated installation. COL Swope holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Florida State University and master’s degrees from Troy State University and the U.S Army War College. He also is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College, the Infantry Officer Basic/Advanced Courses, the Combined Arms Staff Service School, and the Ranger, Airborne, Air Assault, and Jumpmaster courses. COL Swope culminated his Army career as the Deputy Region Director, Installation Management Command, Atlantic Region, and as the Garrison/Installation Commander of Fort Campbell, KY.

Gary Lewis

Mr. Gary Lewis is a Chief Pilot for MSI Aviation, based in Orlando, FL. He graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Flight Tech Program in 1976 and also studied business at Syracuse University. During the past three decades, Mr. Lewis has served as Director of Operations and Chief Pilot for several aircraft charter companies. During this time, he has routinely transported VIPs such as President and Mrs. George H. W. Bush, Gov. Jeb Bush, and numerous professional sports notables including Mr. Arnold Palmer.  Mr. Lewis has been with WOTG since the organization was formed and was the first Board Chairman from 2010-2014. 

Gianna Rojas

Oak Ridge, NJ

Ms. Gianna Rojas, known globally as the One Handed Lady Golfer, founded Adaptive Golfers in May 2017 to be a resource for all differently (not dis-) ABLED individuals to use golf as a therapeutic and leisure activity.  Gianna Rojas had been sitting on the “sidelines” most of her life growing up in an era when out of the upmost respect society was taught don’t look, don’t stare, and don’t ask questions.  About 8 years ago, with her husband playing a lot of golf, she decided she didn’t want to be left out any more and started learning to play golf.  Not only has she developed a nice one-handed swing that can drive a ball 150 yards, Gianna is using her voice to share her experience and journey to assist and inspire others who don’t know they can, and then help direct them to the appropriate resources to begin. The LPGA has named her as one of the TOP Woman “DISRUPTOR” revolutionizing the industry.  Gianna is a sought after Speaker and Presenter.  She was also selected by the USGA to be part of the initial World Ranking system designed to provide a competitive pathway and platform for Golfers with Disabilities.

Liz McCarthy

Ms. Liz McCarthy is the Director of Development for Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. She has more than 20 years of marketing and media relations experience in the golf industry, including more than 17 years working with the Arnold Palmer Design Company. While there, she was part of a team that designed more than 300 golf courses around the world. She also planned and directed the advance work for Mr. Palmer’s attendance at golf events as well as escorted Mr. Palmer, other professional golfers, celebrities, and government officials during these events. Ms. McCarthy has been involved with WOTG for more than 8 years, first as the liaison for Arnold Palmer Design Company and now as a member of the board.

Ron Ross

Tysons Corner, VA and Augusta, GA

Mr. Ron Ross currently works as a Consultant with the US Army Cyber Organizations and the Industry that serves them. He is a Graduate of the University of Maryland with a Degree in Management Sciences. He started his career with the National Security Agency rising to the position of Chief of Staff for the Deputy Director of Technology Operations worldwide. After leaving NSA, Mr. Ross worked with companies providing solutions to the Federal Government; President of CSC Defense and Intelligence Division, President and COO of CACI, VP of Compaq Federal Worldwide, and VP of Raytheon IT Solutions. Additionally, Mr. Ross has served on the USO Board of Directors Worldwide, The AFCEA Board of Directors, and The CEO of the National Science Center of Augusta.

Sylvester Terry

Mr. Sylvester Terry is the President of The World Golf Center (WGC) which is a portable golf simulator company based in Orlando, Florida. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems. In addition to his 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force and founding The WGC, Sylvester is an ambassador with the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, member in good standing with the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce and has been with WOTG since the organization was formed in 2010.   

Tyler Howard

Baltimore, MD

Mr. Tyler Howard is a Baltimore based middle market commercial banker at Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T).  Prior to joining BB&T in 2017, Mr. Howard spent 11 years in the United States Marine Corps.  He served as a Rifle Platoon Commander, Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Mission Commander, UAS Detachment OIC, and Intelligence Staff Officer.  His overseas assignments included deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.  Shortly after his promotion to Major, Mr. Howard wrapped up his final tour at Fort Meade, MD and retired from active military service.  He transitioned to a career in finance and now serves as a BB&T lender and strategic business advisor for a large set of privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.  He received his BA from Salisbury University and Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech.
